This newly re-designed family-friendly oasis features four bedrooms plus a game room and big living room, and a new basketball court, putting green, arcade game room with Fast & Furious and NBA, a full-size 8’ billiards table with a table tennis (ping pong top), and so much more such as an oversized pool and spa against the gorgeous mountains.

This desert oasis is perfectly situated walking distance to celebrity favorite Two Bunch Palms and Azure Spa, just outside the entrances to Joshua Tree, Pioneertown, and only 15 minutes from Palm Springs and 20 minutes from Indio where the world famous Coachella Fest is!

Located in Desert View Estates, just blocks from the spa zone, this home boasts some of the best mountain and wind farm views in the desert. The night time view is even more spectacular with the lights glistening and visible from your evening pool soaks. Nestled in peaceful Desert View Estates, this spacious single-story home spans over 2,300 square feet, providing plenty of room for guests of all ages to unwind and play. You may even spot a roadrunner in the distance! The property is immaculately clean, pet-friendly, and safe for little ones with pool alarms on the doors and a kid safe fan in the bedroom where we took out the fandelier as well and put a safer regular light.

Fun, Laughter & Play

Game Room Galore: Challenge your family to a game of billiards under professional lighting or race for victory in air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and Skee Ball. The game room ensures hours of entertainment for everyone. It is also newly air conditioned with a mini split AC system.

Outdoor Fun for All Ages: Practice your swing on the new putting green, play bocce ball or croquet, or enjoy the BASKETBALL COURT and kid sized piano for younger guests. The property is stocked with sports gear—from croquet sticks to plenty of balls.

Karaoke & Music: Set the stage for fun with a karaoke setup featuring four microphones and two stands. Or explore the music studio with drums, electric guitar, a record player, and a nostalgic jukebox.

Toys for Little Ones: Younger guests will love the pacman arcade console table – kind of like a cocktail table but for kids (and adults who are young at heart) and extra games in the closet of the kids room designed for hours of creative play.

Private Pool & Spa: Dive into your newly installed plaster pool with a long tanning ledge or soak in the new heated spa— with massaging jets, a cool light show and bubbling water. With a new modern drainage system, and waterproof acacia decking it’s as modern out there as it is fun.

BBQ & Firepit Moments: Gather around the firepit for s’mores or grill dinner on the smoker or gas BBQ under a sky full of stars. Propane for the fireplace and grill is provided by guests. With over 24 hours advance notice, we can help facilitate this though; and Instacart also delivers things like this really fast here.

Viewside Serenity: Enjoy panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountains while relaxing poolside. You might even spot a few desert creatures passing by! Lizards and roadrunners are super exciting to see even for the desert rat, aka someone like us who rarely leaves the desert (and sees them all the time here!)

A Home Away from Home

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Two king-sized beds ensure restful nights, while the kids’ room features three queen-sized mattresses on a triple bunk beds. A portable wood crib is available for the youngest guests. There is also a queen sized bed in the fourth bedroom

Extra Sleeping Options: Thes additional game room and separate living room sofas provide a total of three additional sleeping or lounging spaces, ideal for families or groups.

• Smoking: Only allowed outdoors—please use provided ashtrays.
• Events or Special Requests: Must be approved in advance.
• Additional Fees: May apply for early/late check-in, extra pool heating, or extra cleaning.
• Lease Agreement: A short-term lease will be sent before arrival—please review and sign promptly.
